The race is on

Quick note off the campaign trail: I have officially filed to run for Congress.

I believe in what we can accomplish together this year, and am very eager to put together the grassroots coalition of working families we need to win in November.

Grassroots supporters like you demonstrated your commitment to our cause and our community at our campaign kickoff events throughout the 2nd District:

Pulling it down to one word, I am hopeful about what comes next. And it is why I am asking if you would be willing to chip in to my campaign.

We have an opportunity to stand together, for working families and the people of Washington, for everyone counting on our hard work.

There are many fights we must take, from protecting abortion access to standing up to special interests.

In Congress, I will be an advocate for these and so many other working-class progressive priorities.

A strong campaign gets us there, in the position to be the change we have sought. So, please, join us?
