That is not how we do things around here

As I mentioned the other day, powerful and wealthy special interests are going to spend piles and piles of money to try and take back Congress in the midterm elections.

One thing I want to be clear about: we must get dark, undisclosed money out of our politics. It is past time to overturn Citizens United and put the power with the people — not the wealthy.

The GOP has already launched a massive effort to win back the majority in 2022. And make no mistake part of that plan is launching SuperPAC's that feed on dark, undisclosed money. The type of outsized influence that hurts our democracy and diminishes the voices of the people.

Here at Team Larsen, we pride ourselves in building a strong grassroots campaign built by local community support. Ever since I first got into public service, my campaigns have been focused on voter engagement, small-dollar donations, and hard work.

And that is exactly what we are going to do again this time around.
